What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We primarily ship via UPS and USPS to ensure fast and reliable delivery. Expedited and overnight shipping options are also available at checkout for eligible products.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes! We currently ship to select international destinations. Please note that international customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or import fees. For more information or custom quotes, contact us at orders@readyresq.com.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Orders within the continental U.S. typically arrive within 3–7 business days. Expedited shipping can arrive in as little as 1–2 business days. Orders placed before 2 PM ET are usually processed the same business day.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), as well as PayPal. Institutional and bulk buyers may request invoicing options by contacting our team.

Is Buying On-Line Safe?

Yes. Our site uses SSL encryption and secure payment gateways (including PayPal and Stripe) to protect your personal and payment information. We do not store your credit card details.

How do I place an Order?

You can place an order directly on our website at www.readyresq.com. For bulk or custom orders, you can also email us at orders@readyresq.com.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

To request changes or cancellations, please email orders@readyresq.com as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update or cancel it. Once shipped, standard return procedures apply.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track your orders, save shipping details, and access faster support.

How Do I Track My Order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. You can also log into your Ready ResQ account to view your order status and tracking information.

How Can I Return a Product?

To start a return, email us at orders@readyresq.com with your order number and reason for return. Returns must be initiated within 30 days and meet our return policy criteria (unused, unopened, and in original packaging). Visit our Refund & Returns Policy for full details.

General Returns & Exchanges

I ordered the wrong item. Can I exchange it?

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the incorrect item for a refund and place a new order for the correct one.

Yes. Just email us at orders@readyresq.com with your order details and reason for return.

No. Each return must be shipped separately with its corresponding RMA and label.

Product Issues

What if my product arrives damaged or defective?

Email us within 5 business days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We’ll issue a replacement or refund based on the situation.

Contact us at orders@readyresq.com and we’ll correct the error at no cost to you.

Timelines & Processing

How long does it take to get a refund?

Refunds are processed within 5 business days after return approval. Bank processing time may add another 3–5 business days.

Returns requested beyond the 30-day window are not accepted.

You must ship the return within 7 business days of receiving your return label.

Payment & Refunds

Can I get my refund to a different bank account?

No. Refunds are issued only to the original method of payment.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a Ready ResQ error.

First, check with your bank. If it’s still not resolved, email us and we’ll help you track it.

Remote & International Orders

I'm in Alaska/Hawaii/Puerto Rico. Can I return my order?

Yes, but you are responsible for return shipping using a trackable method.

Yes. Please contact us first. All international return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Packaging & Logistics

Can I use the original box to return my item?

Yes, if it’s still sturdy. Otherwise, use a secure replacement to protect the contents.

No. For safety reasons, any opened or used item is non-returnable.
